Hytera Communications was established in 1993. We provide one-station EMS solution from materials purchasing to export of finished goods. Our main products are professional telecommunication terminals and systems, marine communications, electronic devices for industrial applications (industrial motherboard, industrial PDA, meters), fiber business, automotive electronics, M2M, medical equipment (PCBA, semi-assemble and goods with complete assembly).
We have subsidiaries in the UK, the US, Germany and Hong Kong. We also have sales representative offices in Moscow and Jakarta and more than 100 customer service centers globally. Our export and import enterprise's ranking at Chinese custom is AAAA. We also have ISO 9000:2008, ISO 14000:2004, OHSAS18001:1999, EN13980:2002, ATEX, FM, CQST, CSST, ULE326897, CE and FCC certifications.
Our facility has nine SMT lines, many customized assembly lines and packing lines, MES and Oracle controlled production and database and has full traceability feature. We also have non-standard equipment development and fabrication capabilities and four Major R&D labs.
We have R&D offices located in China (Shenzhen, Harbin) and Germany. 10% of our annual sales are invested in R&D to ensure product quality. Our 700 R&D engineers have solid R&D experience in RF and intrusion protection (water, dust and so on.) technologies and have gained expertise, PHD and masters degree. Our labs comply with MIL- STD-810F standards and we make sure that we meet our customers such as those in Germany and Japan. We ensure quality by embedding processes in the supply chain and comprehensive quality control organization including six sigma and QCC organization.
